Microsoft has officially revealed details of the Xbox Live line up of games that will be made available on the upcoming Windows Phone 7 smartphones such as the HTC Mondrian and Samsung WP7. The list of epic titles include Halo, Castlevania and Stars Wars, telling us that Microsoft is definitely on the right track with the WP7 handsets.

If Microsoft executes this correctly, they may be able to completely turn the cellphone 'game' around and be neck to neck with the current reigning champion iPhones and Androids.

Furthermore the strict minimum hardware requirements for smartphone manufacturers who wish to utilize the WP7 OS will be another hidden plus. With the rumored HTC Mondrian WP7 sporting a 1.3GHz Snapdragon processor, Windows Mobile may be next big thing, again...
