Best Buy is already getting into the Christmas spirit and is "giving back to others". In an announcement made earlier yesterday, the retailer has officially dropped its restocking fees for returned goods and exchanges.

This means that the 15% restocking fee that Best Buy imposed on customers who opened cameras, GPS devices, laptops and smartphones has been dropped.
And in the spirit of giving back, Best Buy has taken it a step further by agreeing to reimburse customers who previously already paid restocking fees between November 17 and December 17. You can obtain your reimbursement from any Best Buy outlet.
Best Buy has also adjusted its return policy when it comes to deadline. Now, items purchased from 1st November to December 24 can be returned until January 31st. This will no doubt fuel shoppers to buy now, think later.
Happy holidays!
