We are now receiving multiple complaints from reader who had been pulling all-nighters in order to pre-order the Verizon iPhone 4, many with no luck at all.
Verizon iPhone pre-order page not working, Apple Store goes down again
From errors on the shipping page to just not being able to access the Verizon iPhone pre-order page, I myself have spent the past 40 minutes trying to place a pre-order.
Unfortunately there are no guaranteed workarounds to this other than patience or just taking your chances at stores on February 10th. But we have received some tips from successful pre-order customers who managed to get their orders through already.

- Use IE9 and not Mozilla Firefox if you're stuck on the shipping page. [Thanks Jonah]
- If your order went through but you're yet to get a confirmation email, don't panic. There is a huge delay in mails being sent out. [Thanks Evan B]
- Try to use the Verizon Wireless pre-order page as the Apple Store is taking much longer to process requests and frequently ends in time out. [Thanks Marcus]
- Wait for the iPhone 5 [That's just a little joke that hopefully will ease the frustration many of you may be going through at the moment].
