Earlier this week we reported on the first beta release of a custom Samsung Galaxy S2 Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich ROM. Now a second firmware has just been released and herald as a major step forward.
Samsung Galaxy S2 Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich ROM
This new ROM is still a custom build by Samsung and based on the firmware the Korean company developed back onĀ December 8th 2011. The ROM is suggested to be a little faster but not without its fair share of bugs. However one major deterrent would be that if you are used to flashing stock ROMs only then this one isn't for you i.e. you will lose you warranty given that the ROM is with an unsecure kernel and your Samsung Galaxy S2 will start counting on your custom counter.
