Samsung Galaxy S2 New TouchWiz: More Than Meets The Eye

The Samsung Galaxy S2 is rumored to hit Sprint in late July as the Samsung Within, and will also be making its way to Verizon Wireless (Function) and AT&T (Attain) sometime this summer. While its hardware has been heavily praised by tech pundits, very little has been said in terms of the new software overlay that Sammy has over the Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS, we're talking about the new TouchWiz 4.0.

AndroidCommunity has released a little video showcasing some of the cool, less known features that TouchWiz 4.0 brings. While we know of things like resizable widgets, this UI seems to pack some welcomed options that if you want you can use, and if you don't they just stay hidden. How it stands up to HTC Sense 3.0 still remains to be seen but it is great to see that these skins are finally becoming attractive instead of a deterrent.

Some of the features displayed in the video below include gesture movements for zooming, new Live Tiles and enhanced widget drawer. Well enough chatter, hit the break and check out TouchWiz 4.0 in action on the Samsung Galaxy S2 and see if you would still prefer vanilla Gingerbread like on the Samsung Nexus S.
